We shatter the often narrow depictions of women in the media with content featuring a diverse and inclusive community of game-changers, culture-shapers, thought leaders, and barrier breakers.

Overview:

Work with the social team to brainstorm, create and execute content across all @togethxr platforms, track content performance and platform metrics, plan and program for tentpole events in women's sports and pop culture.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain the voice of @TOGETHXR throughout all channels
• Monitor all social media properties
• Drafting and posting reactive comments (with increased volume at tentpole moments)
• Tracking posts from relevant talent and fans
• Flagging any noteworthy (positive or negative) audience content
• Creating weekly and monthly reports with data partners that support the trajectory of content and tone
• Lead tagging of all social content on our social analytics platform: Emplifi
• Pitch, produce, edit, and distribute short form content on emerging platforms (TikTok, IG Reels, etc.)
• Comfortable talking in front of a camera
• Ideate and implement strategies for engaging and growing tight-knit communities on the platform.
• Help to guide our creative strategy on TikTok, YouTube shorts and other platforms, using analytics to inform and optimize content
• Noting platform updates and trends as they happen and make corresponding recommendations for the brand
• Ready to perform any tasks given by the social team at an appropriate time
• Chinese language proficiency is preferred, but not required

Requirements for Application:

• 6 month internship with a start date determined by the Hiring Manager.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Receptiveness to notes and feedback
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner
• Energized by the people around you; approachable, friendly, and easy to talk to
• Passion for women's issues, equity, and sports a plus
• Must dedicate 1-2 hours every weekend for digital housekeeping (comments, dms, reshares, etc.)

Logistics

• Title: Social Media Intern
• Hours: Requires a minimum commitment of 15–20 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 30–40 hours depending on weekly projects and events.
• Pay: $20 dollars an hour
• Location: Remote
• Type: 6 month internship, Term: At-will
• Chinese speaking preferred
