SK218 - Full Time Nanny - Kentfield, CA

Overview

A lovely family in Kentfield, CA is seeking a full-time nanny for their 22-month-old son. The position starts as soon as they find the right fit! The general schedule can be Monday-Thursday, 1pm-9pm, plus a weekend shift, or Tuesday-Saturday, 1pm-9pm, for a total of 40 hours per week guaranteed. The family is open to creating a schedule that works for both parties, but does not need morning hours. Someone open to traveling with the family is a huge plus! This position is only open to candidates who are currently local to the Kentfield area, or within an easy commute.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall care for the 21-month-old
• Help maintain a daily routine and schedule and work with mom to maintain consistent care
• Support the family
• Provide fun age-appropriate activities, supervising any activities that might come up, go on walks, encourage developmental play, help with developmental milestones
• Child related light housekeeping to help maintain an organized space, including laundry, sanitizing toys, and helping tidy baby spaces
• Stay late occasionally if the parents have an event

• Fluent in English, but second language in French or Italian is a huge plus

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional nannying experience with at least 3 references  
• Experience with infants and toddlers
• Great communicator
• CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to certify
• Trustline Certified
• Legal to work in the US

Salary and Benefits

• Hourly rate is $35-$45, based on experience
