Role Overview

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the team during shifts
- Uphold Smoothie King standards in service, cleanliness, and product quality
- Open and/or close the store, including cash handling and checklists
- Manage labor, breaks, and shift flow efficiently
- Address guest issues with professionalism and care
- Train, coach, and inspire team members daily
- Monitor store performance and support KPI targets
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous leadership or keyholder experience (food service or retail preferred)
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- High accountability, integrity, and a guest-first mindset
- Available evenings, weekends, and up to 40 hours/week
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willing to work in cold environments (walk-in coolers/freezers)
