As a brand ambassador, Shift Leaders will help our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to live a healthy and active lifestyle! A Shift Leader will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store. The successful shift leader will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
- Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
- Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
- Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
- Performs opening and/or closing duties.
- Performs store checklist tasks.
- Shows up on time and ready to work.
- Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
- Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
- Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
Essential Functions:
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
- Microsoft Office knowledge required.
- Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
- Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback.
- Must be extremely reliable
