About the job

• Lead a team to deliver controls retrofit projects and aftermarket solutions at customer sites throughout Southeast region (southeast portion of the US, PR and certain Caribbean Islands)
• Work with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and Comm Ops to drive flawless execution meeting business KPI targets (EHS, Quality / Customer Experience, Revenue / Margin, etc)
• Field Service management responsible for leading and directing all active association with customer site project delivery, PO through Warranty
• Lead and develop Field Service Engineers, Contractual Service Managers, and Team Leads
• Work directly with customers regarding outage and scheduling, response to business issue resolution, and growth opportunities
• Ensuring service personnel comply with corporate EHS, Quality, and Compliance policies and applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 5 years of Field Service experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Control Systems, or a controls related business
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred, others considered)
  • Willingness and ability to travel in assigned region. Travel 20%, as required
  • Possess a valid driver's license and passport
  • Prior experience in management role
  • Prior field service experience with controls retrofit projects
  • Strong customer focus, interpersonal, and computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, geographically dispersed team environment
  • Experience coordinating with subcontractors
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision requirement; able to work independently; ability to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to set and meet aggressive goals and targets
