We’re searching for a Chicago based Service Desk Analyst to join our Corporate Information Systems team to provide technical support to our North American employees, as well as assist with data migration projects from recent company acquisitions. The Service Desk Analyst will ensure Service Desk calls are logged, tracked, and managed in order to provide first-class technical user support for our internal employees.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to our North American employees both on-site and remotely while logging all service actions and incidents into ticketing systems

  • Collaborate with the global Corporate Information Systems team to complete project implementations and process enhancements

  • Escalate calls to internal and external support when necessary to ensure resolution of inquiries

  • Communicate and interact with internal clients in order to help resolve IT related issues and provide answers within a timely manner

  • Engage in new starter and leaver processes while working with departmental heads to ensure systems are updated accordingly

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Prior professional experience in a Service Desk Analyst or similar role

  • Proven success troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining Windows devices, as well as knowledge of Mac devices

  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Administration (Azure ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)

  • Ability to commute to Chicago 4 days per week

  • Sincere interest in working with a variety of modern technology and end user skill level

  • A knack for working both independently and collaboratively within a diverse, global team
