- Education: Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience; OR Master’s Degree and 6+ years of experience; OR 3 years with PhD. Degree must be within the disciplines of Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.

Lead large and small technical projects; continuously optimize technical support services to lines of business; improve quality, timeliness of cyber forensic products and services; and develop innovative solutions.
Projects are a definable portion of a large, sustained forensics technology development program. Directs and supervises support resources (direct hires and subcontractors) in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Manages the technical direction of projects from requirements gathering, analysis and verification through design, implementation, and testing to satisfy business performance objectives.
Provides technical leadership, mentorship, and analytical guidance to project teams. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutioning for technical problems. Supervises professional and technical personnel performing in many disciplines. Prepares and approves Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols and other technical documentation. Capable of supervising, managing, supporting and evaluating personnel.
Directs and coaches scrum team members using Agile best practices.
