What does a successful Senior Technical Project Manager do at Fiserv?

You will oversee the execution of Fintech Professional Services projects, focusing on core banking initiatives. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across all aspects of assigned projects while driving successful outcomes for clients. This role represents a strategic upgrade, enhancing the project management capabilities with our Technical Project Management family.

What you will do:

• Manage multi-product engagements to ensure successful project execution
• Deploy projects utilizing complex architectures tailored to client needs
• Guide projects from initial concept through to final delivery, collaborating with both internal and external customers
• Interface effectively with all stakeholders impacted by projects
• Manage vendor tasks, track deliverables, and ensure integration of external resources
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to enhance the project team’s capabilities

What you will need to have:

• 5+ years of project management experience, specifically managing 3+ multi-product engagements simultaneously
• Experience creating and delivering detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports for a minimum of 10 projects per year
• Experience controlling and tracking project performance and consistently achieving 90%+ adherence to time, cost, and quality metrics
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, military, and/or work experience

What would be great to have:

• Proficiency in Portuguese
