We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the replacement of a large-scale Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system. This is a key role driving enterprise-wide transformation through technology, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. In this role, you will: Lead the full lifecycle delivery of an enterprise PPM system - from vendor selection to implementation and transition to BAU. Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and governance across a complex stakeholder environment. Partner with IT, PMO, and business leaders to drive improved visibility, portfolio governance, and reporting. Oversee vendor contracts, data migration, integrations, testing, and user adoption activities. About you: Proven experience delivering enterprise software implementations or replacements (e.g. PPM, ERP, or CRM). Skilled in vendor management, RFP processes, and contract negotiation. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders. Experience working within structured or hybrid methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK). Tertiary qualification and project management accreditation required; Agile certification highly regarded.
