Senior Accountant & Accounting Manager Opportunities

Vaco Resources is excited to announce multiple openings for Senior Accountant and Accounting Manager roles in Orange County. We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in financial statement consolidations and international accounting standards (IFRS). Key Responsibilities:

• Perform financial statement consolidations
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS)
• Manage and oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
• Coordinate and manage the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred)
• 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial statement consolidations
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and international accounting standards
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities
