Responsibilities
- Prepares and records assets, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, and resolving discrepancies.
- Facilitates and completes preparation of General Ledger entries and reconciliations for month-end closing.
- Assists with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances.
- Prepares monthly account reconciliations.
- Maintains and updates summary list of all existing contracts.
- Collects, researches, and reconciles all cash receipts.
- Reviews and processes account receivable billing within the deadlines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years Accounting or Finance experience.
- or Equivalent external work experience or training.
- Other relevant professional experiences or educational backgrounds will be considered as deemed appropriate. However, when licensure is required by local, state, federal or contractual guidelines, we will not alter our position on those requirements.
