Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market insights, and seasonal trends.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align demand forecasts with business objectives.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and make adjustments as necessary to reflect changing market conditions.
  • Ensure the timely availability of inventory by aligning supply and demand.
  • Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to minimize stockouts and avoid excess inventory.
  • Develop strategies to optimize inventory turnover and improve stock efficiency.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in supply chain operations and provide solutions to mitigate potential disruptions.
  • Facilitate monthly meetings to review sales performance, demand forecasts, and operational alignment.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including forecast accuracy and inventory turnover.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding sales trends, operational efficiency, and inventory levels.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and decision-making processes.
  • Partner with finance, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive planning and execution.
  • Support the implementation of new products, ensuring that sales forecasts and production plans are aligned.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales & operations planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Understanding of the local market and regional business dynamics.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
