£25,000 - £30,000 base salary / £40,000 - £45,000 OTE + EV Car Scheme

About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll join our vibrant Birmingham sales team to:
- Convert high-quality inbound leads into successful sales.
- Promote and sell to our sellers, buyers and landowners.
- Hit and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and manage lasting customer relationships.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking proven sales professionals with a strong track record of hitting targets, ideally from B2B or high-performance sales backgrounds.
We're interested in candidates who:
- Have proven sales success in industries such as recruitment, insurance, or estate agency.
- Are driven, ambitious, and results-oriented, with a passion for closing deals.
- Possess excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Bring honesty, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
