The Sales Director will be responsible for shaping and executing the public sector strategy in alignment with company objectives and Saudi Vision 2030. This is a hands-on role requiring active engagement with government ministries, semi-government entities, and other public institutions to expand the business footprint and drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement a robust public sector sales plan tailored to the Saudi market.Identify, qualify, and win business opportunities across government and public entities.Develop and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the public sector.Lead the end-to-end tender process, including RFP/RFQ responses, proposal preparation, and pricing strategies.Work closely with internal teams (legal, finance, marketing, technical pre-sales) to ensure seamless delivery.Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends to senior management.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and government exhibitions. Requirements: 8-10 years of experience in government/public sector sales, preferably cybersecurity.Proven record of exceeding targets and closing complex government contracts.Well-established network of public sector contacts across Riyadh and other regions in KSA.Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
