The Al Serra Auto Plaza offers outstanding full sales and service dealership operations across 12 new vehicle brands, including Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac; Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram; and Honda, Kia, Subaru, and Volkswagen; and has one of the largest pre-owned inventories in the State. Basic Requirements:
- Previous Sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well with customers via phone, e-mail and during dealership appointments or visits.
- Computer proficiency and adaptability with various systems.
- Very strong organizational and customer follow up skills.
- Product knowledge regarding import and domestic brands.
- Pre-employment drug test, background check and other screens may be required. Valid driver’s license is required.
