The Opportunity:

As part of foundational member of the team, you will have the autonomy and backing to build a significant clientele. You will be partnering with a firm that has a stellar reputation, strong product suite, and a proven track record since established.

We are looking for you if you have:

• 6-9+ years of experience in institutional sales, trading, or wealth management within traditional finance or fintech.
• Fluent Mandarin and existing, trusted relationships with institutions, family offices, and HNW clients in the Asian market.
• A hunter mentality with a proven history of closing deals and growing a business line.
• A keen interest in digital assets; direct experience is a major plus.
• The ability to articulate complex products and become a trusted advisor to clients.
