We’re looking for a driven and personable Sales Account Manager to help us grow our genomic
services business.


Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed your goals, helping us expand our customer base in the genomics field.

Building Relationships: Work with key people in healthcare, academic, and research sectors to create lasting relationships and help them see the value in our genomic services.

Lead Generation & Outreach: Use your experience in both sales and genomics to connect with potential customers, whether that’s through cold calls, warm outreach, or creative new strategies.

Sales Process: Help guide customers through the entire sales process—from preparing proposals, negotiating deals, to closing sales and making sure everything runs smoothly from quote to delivery.

Managing Pipeline & Forecasts: Keep track of your sales opportunities and goals, updating forecasts and providing regular updates on progress.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and business teams to align on campaigns and initiatives that support sales growth and business objectives.


skills and experience required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Biomedical engineering (Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or similar discipline). Technical understanding of next generation sequencing is preferred.
  • At least 4 years’ sales experience with a proven ability to hit goals and drive results.
  • Experience in genomics or life sciences is key to success.
  • Some familiarity with genomic services—genomics technology, research applications, or diagnostics
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills—someone who builds connections and enjoys working with others to make deals happen.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for both achieving revenue goals and cutting-edge genomic solutions.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team to meet objectives.
