As an Account Manager at SoftwareOne, you’ll be the trusted advisor for your customers, helping them achieve success through digital transformation and cloud adoption. You’ll strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and ensure customers get the most value from our services.
What you’ll do
- Drive digital transformation and cloud adoption for your customers while identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Lead negotiations and manage the full sales process, from qualification to close.
- Optimize software spend and ensure customers get maximum value from their solutions.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships through a consultative approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams and support marketing or business initiatives.
- Deliver accurate forecasts and manage customer transactions efficiently.
