Overview
A loving family in Columbus Circle, NYC, is seeking a part-time long-term weekend nanny for their 4-month-old daughter. This is a Saturday and Sunday, as well as occasional evening, role with guaranteed 20 hours per week. If the candidate desires, the family is open to additional hours from time to time. The family also has a home in the Hudson Valley, and the ideal candidate would be able to travel and live in with the family during certain weekends or periods there. This position starts October 15, 2025.
Responsibilities
- Full childcare for daughter
- Engage in age-appropriate and developmental activities
- Be active with daughter- go on walks, go to the playground, go to classes and activities
- Light housekeeping; load dishes into dishwasher, unload if finished, and during workday, tidy up toys and items, daughter’s laundry (family has a weekly housekeeper for deep cleaning)
- Assist with food shopping and cooking from time to time for daughter and family
Qualifications
- Able to travel domestically and internationally
- Ability to speak Spanish
- Easy-going and good sense of humor
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Requirements
- Legal to work in US
- CPR certified (family will pay for certification)
- Non-smoker or vaper
Salary and Benefits
$40/Hr
