Exciting Opportunity: Research Associate – Metabolism Team (Madison, WI)

Are you passionate about science and ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for a Research Associate to join our Metabolism team in Madison. This is your chance to work on cutting-edge studies that support the development of life-changing therapies.

What You’ll Do:

As a Research Associate, you’ll play a key role in conducting high-quality scientific work in compliance with GLP, GCP, GMP, and regulatory standards. You’ll be hands-on with advanced instrumentation and contribute to the success of studies from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of analytical procedures using HPLC and other instrumentation
  • Review study protocols and contribute to planning and execution
  • Maintain accurate and compliant study documentation
  • Identify and troubleshoot deviations, recommending improvements to methods
  • Collaborate across teams and support studies outside your primary area
  • Contribute to SOP development and participate in quality control reviews
  • Present findings and assist in report preparation
  • Support method development and validation projects
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained lab environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific field
  • Experience in a research or laboratory setting
  • Strong background in analytical chemistry preferred
  • Hands-on experience with HPLC is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with biological sample processing is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software tools
