Position Overview
As a Remote Bilingual Client Support Specialist, your primary goal is to ensure our clients have a smooth and positive experience. You will be the first point of contact, handling legal intake processes, litigation support tasks, and verifying client information, all while working in a fast-paced, tech-driven setting. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential to serve our diverse client base effectively.
Note: Candidates must reside in the U.S., outside a 75-mile radius of Billings, Montana. Currently, we are not hiring in California (CA), New York (NY), Washington (WA), New Jersey (NJ), and Oregon (OR).
Responsibilities & Duties

Client Interaction
• Answer incoming calls and communicate effectively to ensure clients feel heard, respected, and supported.
• Gather client information via phone interviews, messaging, and intake forms.
• Verify details and determine client eligibility based on required criteria.
• Explain legal processes, procedures, and resources clearly in both English and Spanish.

Client Support & Documentation
• Obtain signatures and facilitate timely completion of contracts and documents.
• Reassure clients throughout the process to maintain trust and satisfaction.
• Follow up to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.

Quality & Procedures
• Adhere to company standards to ensure high-quality service and efficient intake processes.
• Propose improvements to enhance client experience and streamline workflows.

Team Collaboration
• Work closely with the intake team and management to meet objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on company protocols and new campaigns.

Other Duties
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, maintaining flexibility in your role.

Candidate Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Proficiency in bilingual English/Spanish; additional languages are a bonus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and professionalism.
• Experience in legal intake or customer service is a plus.
• Comfortable with technology and accurate data entry.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with professionalism.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and client needs.
• Availability for evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.
Equipment & Technical Requirements ️
• Computer with an Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor
• 8GB RAM or more
• High-quality headset for clear communication
• Color monitor (minimum 19 inches)
• Mouse for efficiency
• Internet speed: at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
• Webcam required for meetings and coaching
Educational Background
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Certifications or degrees related to legal or administrative fields are a plus.
Physical & Working Conditions
• Physical Requirements: Sedentary role with occasional walking or standing.
• Work Environment: Quiet, private, and secure space conducive to focused work and confidentiality. Webcam use is mandatory during meetings.
