Our client, the regional office of a leading vehicle manufacturer based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop vehicle operations across multiple territories. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies informed by comprehensive market analysis, customer insights, and competitor activity.
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure the consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail and wholesale channels to expand regional market presence.
Candidate Profile
- Currently employed as a Regional Sales Manager or Retail General Sales Manager, with a minimum of 5–7 years’ experience.
- Strategic and analytical thinker, capable of translating market insights into actionable business plans.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience motivating teams, influencing stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Degree-qualified.
- Demonstrated record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving tangible business growth.
