Role Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the selection process, which encompasses identifying potential candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, organizing interviews, and collecting feedback from clients and candidates.

  • Building and maintaining a strong network of candidates through diligent market research, and continuous bench management to ensure that client needs are promptly met. This involves delivering measurable results, demonstrated by an excellent submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratio.

  • Developing creative and proactive recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates, ensuring a broad talent pool for each open position.

  • Presenting candidates effectively for open roles, while navigating and overcoming any objections during the hiring process.

  • Consulting with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and the overall recruitment process, with a focus on maximizing value for the client. Maintaining strong client relationships is fundamental to this role.

  • Utilizing reports effectively, which include maintaining applicant tracking systems and administrative responsibilities, ensuring the recruitment process is organized and efficient.
