Job Description:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment services to our clients, which may include sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various roles. Your main responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.
Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including interview preparation and offer negotiations.
