The Education Network is currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the SEND Desk which supports local special schools and alternative provisions with their temporary and permanent recruitment needs. An experienced recruitment consultant who has a genuine interest in the education sector, or a sales executive looking to try something new and exciting. An organised and process driven individual who is able to run a busy desk. Someone who understands the importance of compliance and safeguarding. Keeping children safe in education is our priority. A recruitment consultant who is able to build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients. Someone who is motivated by the opportunity to earn uncapped OTE and opportunities for progression A confident communicator who enjoys picking up the phone and having a chat!
