This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in Recruitment and get their foot in the door within a great industry. This is an apprenticeship role with great progression opportunities where you will train on the job to become a skilled individual within the industry whilst gaining valuable experience in the sector. Working hours: 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch)
Start date: ASAP
Pay: £19,000 PA + £1000 bonus upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
Package includes:

Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn Recruitment best practices and procedures
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, Excel)
- Comfortable on the phone.
- Friendly manner
Desirable:
· GCSE Math & English 9-4
· Experience with a telephone-based role
· Experience of working within targets
Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:
· To not already hold a Recruitment qualification at level 3 or above.
· To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths.
· To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria.
