We’re searching for a Skopje-based Quality Engineer III to join our R&D Quality Engineering team, so that we can strengthen the quality and reliability of our global healthcare platform. The Quality Engineer III will design and execute comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies to ensure software quality and reliability, directly contributing to our mission of safer, better healthcare for all.
How You’ll Spend Your Time

Design and implement manual and automated test strategies to ensure software quality across functional and non-functional domains.

Detect and analyze moderate-to-complex software issues, conducting root cause investigations to support effective defect resolution.

Develop and maintain automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines in order to enable rapid, reliable software releases.

Track and report quality metrics to provide visibility into coverage, defect trends, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate and validate requirements with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and scalable product delivery.

Demonstrated experience applying advanced testing methodologies and QE tools to design and execute both manual and automated strategies.

Proven ability to systematically identify, analyze, and resolve software quality issues through root cause analysis and debugging.

Experience in adapting test approaches to evolving requirements, ensuring coverage when specifications are ambiguous.

Competency in developing and maintaining automated test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
