We’re searching for a Skopje-based Senior Quality Engineer to join our R&D Engineering team, so that we can enhance the quality, reliability, and delivery of our healthcare technology solutions. The Senior Quality Engineer will lead advanced testing strategies and automation to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety and performance, enabling RLDatix to deliver safer, better healthcare for all.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Design comprehensive manual and automated test strategies to maximise software reliability and alignment with evolving business requirements.
- Develop and integrate automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines in order to enable rapid and reliable releases.
- Implement and monitor quality dashboards to provide visibility into test coverage, defect trends, and key quality metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to resolve complex defects and prevent future issues.
- Adapt testing strategies responsively to ambiguous or evolving requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage and risk mitigation.
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
- Extensive of experience as a Quality Engineer, including few years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven success in designing and maintaining automated test suites fully integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
- In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, debugging, observability, and cloud-native SaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience with tools and frameworks, including:
- Unit Testing: xUnit (.NET), SonarQube (code coverage)
- Contract / Integration Testing: PACT
- Functional & End-to-End Testing: Playwright
- Security Testing: SonarQube (SAST), Acunetix (DAST)
- Performance / Scalability / Load Testing: k6
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as DataDog, Honeycomb, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001) and their impact on software quality.
- Ability to commute to our Skopje office 2 days a week.
- A knack for working collaboratively across engineering, product, and business functions in a global R&D environment.
