Product Manager

### Skills: Team Leadership, Engineering, Management, Analytics, Competitive Landscape, Business Modeling, Product Management, The ideal candidate * Will have experience in working with engineers to build end to end OTT systems across different platforms, * Be excited to understand the goals of various business units and working towards building systems that enable a positive outcome for multiple orthogonal objectives * Is comfortable with ambiguity and able to take ownership to build 0-1 systems that have large scale real world impact. ### Skills/Experiences #### Core Needs - * Ability to convert trade-off in product decisions to business metrics/value * Ability to ideate and drive complex analysis especially when a metric has multiple drivers along with the willingness to find the ground truth. * Build systems that replace the need for product team altogether * You're a fantastic communicator and can work cross-functionally with business stakeholders. Someone in this role is expected to empathize with goals of various internal teams to ensure the right trade-offs are made. (You bring passion and playfulness to your work and those around you) * You have experience in managing or working in a feed driven product * You are hungry to learn and evolve in all things. From leadership skills to craft to process to industry and market trends you never stop pushing into the next big challenge. For Brownie points - * You have at least minimum Product management internship experience in quantitative and/or qualitative methods * You have a background in User Research with practical chops you don't mind dusting off from time-to-time. * You understand the role and importance of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and when to deploy them.
