Product Manager

### Responsibilities * Define and lead the product vision and roadmap, aligned with business goals and user needs. * Conduct in-depth user research and analysis to understand user pain points and opportunities. * Develop and prioritize product requirements, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams. * Craft compelling user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and feasibility. * Track and analyze product performance using data and metrics, identifying areas for improvement. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape, recommending strategic initiatives. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, customers, and internal teams. ### Requirements * 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. * Proven track record of successfully launching and growing SaaS products. * Strong understanding of the product management lifecycle, from ideation to execution. * Excellent technical knowledge and ability to understand complex software development processes. * Experience with software development methodologies is a plus. * Data-driven mindset with experience in user research and data analysis. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. * Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. * Proven ability to lead / mentor junior team members. * Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building great products.
