What You Will Do:
As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver on cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
- Drive product launches, including working with the marketing team, executives, and other product management team members.
- Evaluate market trends, competition, and user feedback to continuously improve our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvements and updates.
- Monitor product performance and iterate to improve usability, functionality, and market impact.
What We Need from You:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar role building B2B software products.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and how they can be applied to real-world use cases.
- Hands-on experience working with or implementing AI models is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in product management tools and modern methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to build strong relationships across the organization while staying focused on delivering impact.
- Strong analytical thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and an innovative mindset.
- Comfortable working independently in dynamic environments — able to manage ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and bring clarity to unfamiliar challenges.
- Ability to work in a hybrid in-office setup (3 days/week in-office presence required).
