As a qualified teacher, you will have significant experience of teaching the UK National Curriculum at Key Stage 3, 4 & 5. You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of teaching and experience of iGCSE & A Level is desirable. We offer PE from the Foundation stages in Primary school through to A-Level in the Secondary school and you will be given the opportunity to teach across the age ranges.
You will be an excellent communicator and confident with your subject knowledge and craft, and be someone who gets on well with colleagues, students and parents. You will be well organised, have a good sense of humour and will want to participate fully in the extra-curricular aspects of school life as well as the classroom. You won’t be afraid of hard work and will be relentlessly focused on giving our students opportunities for success both in and beyond the classroom. Experience of developing innovative lessons and extracurricular activities would be an advantage.
