Job Overview: The Operations Support Specialist supports the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring efficient processes, and assisting in the implementation of company policies. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and other team members.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  1. Process Management:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Suggest improvements to optimize operational workflows.
  1. Social Content Posting:
  • Manage content posting across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Management of social media calendar
  1. Project Assistance:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide support in project documentation and reporting.
  1. Data Management:
  • Collect, analyze, and report on operational data.
  • Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications:

Work Environment:
