- Schedule and process service jobs, update repair order databases, and maintain organized project documentation.
- Manage SAP-related tasks, including creating work orders, purchase requisitions, service entry sheets, and uploading supporting documents.
- Prepare project job packages with essential details such as maps, material lists, and equipment specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams for stakeout forms, drawings, and easement requests as needed.
- Track and input materials, construction units, and scheduling data into SAP with accuracy and timeliness.
- Process invoices, support financial reporting, and assist with forecasting and variance analysis.
- Identify workflow efficiencies and assist in resource allocation planning to support project delivery.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative or operations experience, ideally within a utility, construction, or engineering environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); SAP experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Experience with financial data entry, invoice processing, and reporting.
