A local utility and infrastructure services company is seeking a Resource Planning Operations Specialist to manage administrative and planning tasks that support ongoing field operations. Responsibilities

  • Schedule and process service jobs, update repair order databases, and maintain organized project documentation.
  • Manage SAP-related tasks, including creating work orders, purchase requisitions, service entry sheets, and uploading supporting documents.
  • Prepare project job packages with essential details such as maps, material lists, and equipment specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for stakeout forms, drawings, and easement requests as needed.
  • Track and input materials, construction units, and scheduling data into SAP with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process invoices, support financial reporting, and assist with forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Identify workflow efficiencies and assist in resource allocation planning to support project delivery.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative or operations experience, ideally within a utility, construction, or engineering environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); SAP experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with financial data entry, invoice processing, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
