Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Operations Support Manager Remote (OSM ) for a large company based in Limerick & Munster region ( 6 months Contract)
6 months Maternity Cover contract.

Purpose: To provide administrative support to the Area Service Managers (ASMs )
Key Result Areas / Accountabilities:
- Reporting – Client, KPI reporting, Quality auditing
- Recruitment
- Operations HR Support – GNIB, right to work, mat leave, onboarding support.
- Payroll – Authorisation & Approval, T&A, clocking, processing, cover
- Logistics Administration – uniform, materials, Equipment (Bunzl)
- Escalation triage Support
Main Duties:
- Recruitment – advertising, vetting and processing of all vacancies in respective area, supporting and assigning cover as required.
- Processing all paperwork in relation to onboarding, GNIB, right to work, maternity cover etc.
- Administering (and approving) the payroll process to ensure staff are paid correctly.
- Compiling and submitting reporting – QBRs, KPI reporting, CT Auditing, Internal KPI dashboard reporting
- Logistics admin and follow up of all – uniform processing, materials, consumables, machinery repairs – fault logging, follow up
- Escalation triage

- Soft services / facilities industry experience desirable but not essential
