About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Analyst who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused. This role is about getting things done: managing short sprint tasks, coordinating with vendors, preparing reporting and decks, and keeping projects moving.

What You'll Do

  • Task Execution: Manage short-cycle operational work, including case development, data analysis, and planning for production sprint projects.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build and update dashboards/reports in Looker to support decision-making.
  • Documentation & Presentations: Create high-quality decks and materials in Google Slides for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors via calls and emails, track deliverables, and ensure commitments are met.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Work with internal teams across logistics, finance, supply chain, and support to keep operations flowing.
  • Follow-Up & Coordination: Track timelines, send reminders, and close loops on open tasks.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, coordination, or an analyst-type role.
  • Proficiency with Looker (reporting, dashboards, pulling insights).
  • Strong skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
  • Experience in vendor communication and follow-up (comfortable making calls).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities in short sprint cycles.
