Operations Analyst

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team at Plutus21, a dynamic and technology-driven investment management firm. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting a variety of operational functions, ensuring the efficiency of business operations, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Operations: Assist in managing accounts, processing transactions, performing reconciliations, and tracking activities to ensure seamless operations.
• Trading and Allocation: Assist in trading and client allocations for our SMA’s and funds on different exchanges.
• Fund Administration: Collaborate with the fund administrator to ensure accurate and transparent reporting of investor accounts, fostering trust and clarity.
• Investment Analysis: Conduct research, due diligence, and financial modeling on investment opportunities to support the investment team in making informed decisions.
• Compliance and Internal Accounting: Provide assistance in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, contributing to firm-wide policy development.
• Audit and Tax Support: Assist with year-end audits and tax processes, ensuring proper oversight and adherence to requirements.
• Bookkeeping and Financial Statement Management: Maintain accurate financial records for investment funds, regularly auditing financial statements to ensure consistency and correctness.
• General Business Support: Provide operational support across various business functions, working with cross-functional teams to address the company's operational needs.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with 0-2 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to perform thorough due diligence.
• Familiarity with compliance, audit, and tax principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
