We’re hiring an Operations Analyst (L3) to be a high-energy generalist who thrives in spreadsheets, turns messy data into clear insights, and helps operationalize projects that move revenue and customer outcomes. You’ll start by supporting high-priority carrier operations work (e.g., data pulls, analyses to reduce billing variances), then expand into strategic analyses and GTM process improvements, especially within our platform partner ecosystem. This is an excellent role for an early-career analyst who loves data, is curious, communicates clearly, and wants broad cross-functional exposure.
Shipping & handling responsibilities:
- First 90 days: get in, get oriented, ship value
- Own fast, accurate Google Sheets analyses and reports for carrier ops asks (think: data pulls, pivots, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, basic modeling).
- Partner with Carrier Ops, Partnerships, Finance, and Data to triage and quantify billing variances; share your findings
- Document your work (inputs, queries/logic, outputs) and keep stakeholders updated with crisp async comms.
- Start learning to read SQL queries/Databricks notebooks (no pressure to write complex SQL yet).
- Months 3–12: broaden scope, own problems
- Drive structured analyses to support our XMS strategy (e.g., partner pipeline sizing, revenue/label volume opportunity, cohort and conversion, playbook experiments).
- Build lightweight dashboards/trackers (Sheets/Looker) that the team can trust and reuse.
- Help operationalize GTM projects: draft SOPs/playbooks/templates, coordinate cross-functional tasks, and close the loop with clear follow-ups.
- Propose small process improvements that remove toil, tighten data hygiene, or improve reporting quality.
Do you tick the boxes?
- Must haves:
- 1 - 3 years in an analytical role (consulting, biz ops, finance/FP&A, rev ops, product analytics, or similar).
- Google Sheets power user: pivots, lookups, array formulas, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, filters, cleaning/joining, fast navigation.
- Evidence of basic financial/analytical modeling and business case writing.
- Strong written and verbal communication: you ask clarifying questions, state assumptions, and keep partners in the loop. You’re not afraid to ask the ‘dumb questions’
- Comfortable context switching and working cross-functionally in a remote environment.
- Nice-to-haves:
- SQL comfort (reading/editing simple SELECT/JOIN/WHERE) and curiosity to learn more; exposure to Databricks/Looker helpful.
- Experience building simple GTM SOPs/playbooks or standing up lightweight reporting.
- E-commerce/logistics familiarity is optional - no prior carrier background required.
