ROLE
As an MRICS Quantity Surveyor working for a London based Construction Consultancy, you will be able to add real value and impact within a London-based Construction Consultancy, and have the opportunity to become integral to the wider organisation.
The successful and ideal MRICS Quantity Surveyor candidate will be involved in property & construction schemes from inception to completion, with responsibilities which include but won’t be limited to:
Overseeing and mentoring junior members of staff including Assistant Quantity Surveyors / Assistant Cost Managers & Apprentices
Employer’s Agent
Providing Cost Management services from inception to completion
Cost planning
Cost management
Value engineering
Tender management
Financial reporting
Budget management
Valuations
Change control
Development cashflow forecasting
PERSON
Possessing a positive “can-do” attitude, the suitable person for the MRICS Quantity Surveyor job based in London must be able to demonstrate previous clear understanding and experience within a Quantity Surveying setting. You must also be required to show experience across a project life cycle from inception to completion.
