Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to develop and manage projects related to plant's changes, expansions, renovations (including selection and management of the ideal suppliers for each project). Plan and supervise routine and extraordinary maintenance activities on buildings, facilities, equipment and machinery, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule. Manage a team of maintenance technicians (electricians and mechanics), setting priorities, organizing shifts and ensuring the management of activities through formal work permit procedures (e.g., work at height, hot work, confined space) and making sure the application of LOTOTO procedures. Manage the purchasing and stock control of engineering parts/spares assuring the availability of critical components. Coordinate interventions with external suppliers and contractors. Monitor equipment performance and implement continuous improvement strategies (TPM, Lean Maintenance) to ensure assets are optimized throughout their entire service life. A community where your voice matters - it is essential to serve our customers well. YOU BRING Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Minimum of 7 years' experience in maintenance management within chemical, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. Solid knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and ISO standards (especially ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001). Strong understanding of utility systems, including HVAC, chillers, CIP (Cleaning-in-Place), compressed air, and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP). Proven experience with advanced automated systems and process technologies. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing innovative solutions. Fluency in both Italian and English.
