Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee all aspects of logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that equipment, materials, and resources are efficiently transported and delivered to project sites on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate logistics operations including procurement, transportation, and delivery.

  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.

  • Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, inventory, and equipment movement.

  • Liaise with vendors, transporters, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.

  • Prepare reports and documentation for logistics activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
