Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, curriculum design, health care management, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience designing progressive learning solutions within industries known for innovation in learning delivery and platform capabilities, such as corporate technology/SaaS, healthcare technology & clinical training, edtech, enterprise learning & enablement, or high‐skill simulation industries.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage metadata, taxonomy, and search functionality to enhance content discoverability and personalization across multiple delivery environments.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the ability to offer solutions around their capabilities and features.
- Proven experience designing for a diverse range of delivery environments such as live (virtual or in-person), coaching models, blended learning, and on-demand/eLearning.
- Strong video editing experience and e-learning authoring tools such as Camtasia and Articulate 360.
