KS869 - Full-Time Live-In Nanny - Upper East Side

Overview

A loving family on the UES is seeking a live-in nanny for their two children.  The family spends the summer in the Hamptons and travels internationally throughout the year, primarily for holidays.  The children are 3 and 4.5 years old. The schedule is live-in Monday through Friday, and can go home on weekends.  The candidate should be flexible if a weekend day or night is occasionally needed.   The family is not looking to relocate anyone.  Candidates should already be local or a commutable distance to NYC.  The position is ready to hire upon finding the right candidate! 

Responsibilities

In September, the girls will be in school. Responsibilities will then include:

• School drop-off/pick-up
• Help with homework
• Afterschool activities
• Using the time during the day to create activities, laundry for the children, etc.
• Prior experience with the toddler age range
• Understand milestones and how to engage the child educationally
• Comfortable with both parents working from home
• It is a fun and upbeat household seeking the same personality
• Spend summers in the Hamptons
• International travel for the holidays
• Valid and clean driver's license and ability to drive are required
• Ability to swim
• Positive attitude
• Respectful of the family's privacy
• Full of energy to keep up with the toddlers

Requirements

• Legal to work in the US
• Must have a college degree
• Education-related background is a plus
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English
• Spend summers in the Hamptons
• International travel for the holidays
• Valid and clean driver's license and ability to drive are required
• Ability to swim
• Seeking longevity and wanting to grow with the family
