KP645 - Weekend Nanny - Upper West Side, NYC

Overview

A sweet family of four on the Upper West Side is seeking a live-out weekend nanny to help care for their children, aged 3 and 5 years-old. The schedule will be 9am-7pm on both Saturday and Sunday. Flexibility every now and again is appreciated, in the event of an emergency, special occasion or other. This role is best suited to candidates seeking a long-term commitment.

Responsibilities

• Duties for this position include everything related to the children, which includes the children’s meal prep (expanding their palates, if at all possible), children’s laundry (if required), keeping the children's areas tidy, swapping out clothes they’ve outgrown etc.
• Both parents will be in and out throughout the day, so the nanny should be comfortable interacting with them and working as a team.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, and collaborative, with both intellectual and emotional fluency
• It’s important to the parents that candidates are warm and fun, with verifiable experience caring for multiples
• While there is obviously flexibility for occasional time off, consistency and reliability is paramount

Requirements

• US passport, Green Card or EAC
• Available to start ASAP

Salary and Benefits

• $40-$45+ per hour
