This role will lead and oversee the execution of managed service projects, including managed endpoints, infrastructure, and cloud services for our clients. You will be responsible for developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Communicate with stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage resource allocation, balancing workloads across the team.
- Track project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure successful project milestones.

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
- Experience in managing projects related to IT infrastructure, cloud services, or endpoint management.
- Proficiency in Jira project management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
