Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant IT Infrastructure Manager. In this role, you will participate in the hands-on implementation, rollout, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring the systems are reliable, secure, and scalable.
- Monitor, maintain, implement, and troubleshoot new or existing IT solutions to ensure optimal performance, security, and uptime.
- Collaborate with teams to align technical solutions with business requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, User Acceptance Testing, and implementation processes.
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of solid hands-on experience administering both Linux and Windows environments.
- Familiarity with Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory, backup solutions, and various virtualization technologies like VMware, as well as database and server management.
- Experience in security, cloud, and network infrastructure is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Cantonese.
