Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Yaqeen located in Amman. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including employment process, HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR/recruitment, with a focus on hiring sales professionals.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring high-performing sales & marketing teams, and software developers.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS software, and LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to create incentive, rewards, and employee recognition & rewards programs.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations, payroll & social security.
- Strong personnel management skills
