HR Manager – London – up to 6 months – FT – £310.24 – £400 PAYE/Umbrella
STR Group Services are working with a leading Government client based in London and we are recruiting for a HR Manager on a up to 6 months contract, on a Full-Time basis.
In order to be considered for this position, you must have the following experience and skills;
Strong and relevant professional experience in HR with a track record in successful leadership of HR processes such as performance management and compensation.
Strong relationship building and consulting skills to influence and challenge if necessary.
Experience of leading others through a period of business change.
Executive level communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to deal with and overcome resistance.
High integrity – able to manage sensitive issues with the necessary judgement.
This role requires you to;
Lead the small HR Operations Team to ensure that queries from Commercial Specialists are resolved.
Ready the team for a new cloud based HR management system by working with the Project Team, ensuring the business processes and HR policies are fit for purpose, understood and embedded to improve the end user experience.
Pay for this position is £310.24 to £400, Per Day PAYE/Umbrella
