As a HR Manager you will be working with Change management.
Skills required:
* Experience of managing staff and complex situations, using clear judgement to advise others to do the same
* Ability to provide in-depth policy analysis and advice
* Ability to work within data protection legislation, confidentiality rules and council policy
* Ability to work within deadlines and to targets, following a range of policies, procedures and guidelines
* Employee Relations Experience / Knowledge
* CIPD Member
