Infusion Center provides Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, Blood/Platelet transfusions, Hormone therapy, Antibiotic Therapy, Rheumatoid Arthritis injections, and Therapeutic Phlebotomies.· Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): iKnowmed (Clinic) and Cerner (Infusion)· Certifications required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology or Hematology and Advance Cardiac Life Support· Licensure required: California
